In-House League

The In-House league is an instructional program offered that allows Palos POWER Softball (PPS) teams to play against other PPS teams exclusively, if registration numbers allow. This league is designed to ensure that players learn the fundamentals of softball while having fun playing with and against other girls in the community. Teams are made up of girls from Palos Heights, Palos Park, and other neighboring communities and coached by parent volunteers.

The season typically runs from mid-April to mid/late June, although teams may begin practicing as early as late March / early April. Games are played at the two POWER fields located at Community Park in Palos Heights behind the City of Palos Heights Administrative Offices and Police Department at 7607 W. College Drive, Palos Heights, IL. Practices are located at various parks throughout Palos Heights. Practice and game commitments vary by each age division.
